Tim Leeper
Owner & Founder
Tim Leeper is a lifelong Tennessean. From a young age he learned the value of a good work ethic from his Grandfather, Leon Leeper, who let him wash his Pontiac as a young boy for a few dollars. Tim got into the roofing business right out of high school and went to work as a Roofing and Sheet Metal apprentice at the local Union in West Nashville. He is the Past President of Lebanon Noon Rotary Club, a current Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow. He serves as the Executive Director of a 501C3, Kylan's Light, and an active board member of: BBB of Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky, Our Sisters Keeper and the Tennessee Baptist Children's Home golf board.
Tim's business philosophy is simple: to cultivate an exceptional customer experience. There has never been a job that was too small, you never know who you are working for that can create a good referral. Tim tells everyone on his team that he never wants to sit down to a meal or a civic club meeting and learn that someone has had a bad experience with Tim Leeper Roofing. He is only as good as the team that carries his name into Middle Tennessee and he cares deeply for the community that supports his company. Tim resides in Wilson County with his wife Suanne, their cats and two donkeys Jack and Jill.
